Sold, appraised, developed and auctioned over 11,000 parcels of residential, industrial, farm/timberland and commercial real estate in Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington State, Colorado, Utah, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama since 1973. In 1987, established a computerized real estate information service for area professionals providing real estate data on properties in the tri-state (Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia) area. In 1989, established Chattanooga’s only registered property tax appeal service for residential, industrial, and commercial real estate. In 1989, began publication of Comsource Magazine, a commercial/industrial magazine serving the tri-state area. In 1994, began publishing Property Fax, a weekly commercial news letter. In 1999, opened and managed the Chattanooga office of John Dixon & Associates, a leading and highly respected national auction company and in 2016 he branched off from JDA and formed his own auction company.

Wendy has worked in all facets of the real estate business including commercial real estate transactions, mortgage, finance and auctions for the past 19 years. Wendy’s area of expertise is in marketing and business development for the Tennessee office. She has extensive background in networking commercial buyers and sellers for successful real estate transactions, research for properties suitable for auction, as well as years of experience in dealing with property owners and the complexities of executing a successful auction. Wendy is the mother of three children. She is a native of the Chattanooga area, giving her first-hand knowledge of the demographics of the tri-state area. She is at ease with the varying personality types in our community. Wendy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Savage began his real estate career in 1982. Over the past 30-plus years, he has analyzed thousands of commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential income and institutional properties throughout the southeastern United States. Savage has also brokered and developed small and large tracts and has extensive experience in development compliance in the various counties of the tri-state area of Tennessee at Chattanooga and successfully completed real estate courses offered by Ohio State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Florida State University and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

Chad has been in the real estate industry for 14 years. He is well versed in commercial real estate. At the Glascock Company, he handles a number of responsibilities. Property tax appeals are his primary role. He handles appeals throughout North Georgia and East Tennessee. His experience includes extensive analysis of residential development properties and commercial real estate. In addition to property tax appeals, Chad manages auctions, performs real estate market and sales comparable analyses, manages marketing and web development. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Appalachian State University, graduating in 1998.

A 20 year veteran in the real estate business, Lisa manages the day- to- day operations of the office. She maintains all real estate/appraiser licenses and assists the appraisers in preparing appraisal reports. She oversees the operational auction tasks and coordinates closing activities by working closely with the title companies to ensure timely closings.
Lisa has extensive expertise researching data on all types of real estate. Property information packages, due diligence, zoning matters, Assessor’s data, etc., are some of the components Lisa analyzes as a part of an auction or appraisal assignment. In addition, Lisa compiles a comprehensive mailing list for all auctions utilizing specific data from Assessor’s files to target market to prospective buyers.

Leigh Ann first got her real estate license in 1996. She has since been involved with all aspects of real estate including commercial, residential, auction, and analysis. She manages and maintains real estate listing information for Henry Glascock Co. with GCAR, MLS, Loopnet and other social media. Leigh Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Mississippi State University.

Paul is working towards his Certified General Appraiser designation. Paul is new to real estate but brings to the firm a variety of experiences in management, process development, data analysis, reporting, efficiency improvement, and customer service gained in the logistics industry. Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and is proud a native of Chattanooga.
